New Macbook Pro: I must reinstall Dropbox daily.

I have a new Macbook Pro with Big Sur.  I have to trash Dropbox and reinstall it everyday or it will not let me into some of my files in dropbox.  The files that are lock up change daily.  Message is "Grant Access" button.  If I click it, then it says file is damaged.  It isn't.  If I reinstall the app, everything is fine.
