New Macbook- error code after transferring files: "Couldn't start Dropbox"

Can the Community help me solve this problem?

 

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro, and , after transferring files with Migration Assistant, when I attempted to open the Dropbox App, the App attempts to load, then stops, and I get a pop-up saying "Couldn't start Dropbox."

"This is usually because of a Permissions error."

You need to perform an advanced reinstall. Refer to Stefanie's post in the following thread:
