No CAPTCHA appearing on sign-in page

New member | Level 1
New member | Level 1

I'm trying to access a folder send to me in an email. I clicked the View Folder button in the email and came to the sign-in form. I have an account, so tried to sign in. However I keep getting a message to enter the CAPTCHA but there is none visible in the box. Any help appreciated as this is urgent.

Seems to be an issue with IE and Edge. Installed Chrome and it worked just fine; actually didn't even ask for it when I used Chrome.
