Hi, I have successfully configured Azure AD integration with Automatic Provisioning, so members and groups are successfully managed in Azure AD and synced to Dropbox. I followed all of the steps in this document https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/third-party/microsoft-azure-ad and received the stated results.
Here's the problem: When members are added via Azure AD, they do get added to Dropbox but are stuck in "Pending" mode (e.g. banner displays "3 members are pending"). No invitation emails have been received, and when I use resend/remind in Dropbox, no emails are received. Therefore, these members cannot accept the invite.
I have verified the email addresses are correct and valid. (If I manually add a member from the Dropbox admin console, invite emails are sent/received).
Any thoughts how to resolve or troubleshoot this ?

Just to clarify, when you mentioned that manually adding the members correctly sends the invites to the team, is this for the same members that you previously added through Azure?
To do a little test, could you let me know if having a new user create a Dropbox account under the email address you'd like to invite before being added through Azure results in them receiving the invitation email?
