My DropBox is not syncing on my Ubuntu 18.10 laptop.
It starts.
Its up-to-date. v 68.4.102
But the files are not being updated. I have Dropbox on my primary Ubuntu 14.04 laptop on which its working properly. So how do I fix this ?

At first, can you try re-installing our desktop app (preferably using the offline installer) on the affected device and let me know if you're still noticing this?
