Not a new problem- integration iOS
Suddenly can’t upload any files from Dropbox from from my iPad - editing sidebar shows it as an option turned in but as you can see from screenshot below it’s not available.
I’ve uninstalled Dropbox and reinstalled, and am on iPad Pro with all updates to date.

Can you try disabling and enabling Dropbox as a location in the Files app to see if that makes any difference?
You can do this by tapping the "..." icon in the top right of the left hand panel in the Files app, and then toggling off/on Dropbox.
