Not all the files where syncronzed to my computer

Not all the files where syncronzed to my computer

A producer shared me his dropbox, which sincronized with my computer.  One of the  folders with 100 files., only syncronized the first 25 photos, reamaining 75 without syncro. The 100 files appear in his dropbox, but in my computer´s folfer. How can I fix this?

Hi @movimatt; thanks for joining our Community and sorry to hear about your syncing issue.

 

Just to make sure we're on the same page, could you let me know the app's exact status as shown in your system tray/menu bar? Is it 'up to date' or still syncing?

 

If it's 'up to date' which means you're fully synced, could it be that those files contain an incompatible character in their names?

 

While we're at it, do you see all of those files when you log into your account on the website

 

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
