Offline Folder Issues

Marius V.1
Explorer | Level 3
Since a few days ago my offline folder is no longer working properly on both iPhone X and iPad Pro2. Exactly the same issue and both has latest IOS software.
I am able to loads files or photos into the offline folder and initially access them just fine. After a few hours or if I clear Dropbox from my active app workstream and then restart it , the uploaded folders still show but the files or photos inside them seem to have disappeared.

I have cleared Cache , Reinstalled the app numerous times and each time it “fixes” the problem to just reoccur when I check some hours later on both the devices.
Anyone else have this problem?
