Others can't see the new files I add to the shared folder

Hi all,

Im currently experiencing syncing issues with computers on a different network to our business premises.

Im sharing files with other offices (COVID), and while they can see the initial files that were in the folder before they were given permission into the folder, they can't see any changes made from my side. I also can't see any new/edited documents that the other party have added to the dropbox.. its kind of effecting workflow - has anyone found a solution?

All have correct accesses, all have tried logging out and in again to no avail,

Did you create a read/write share or a read only link that people viewed via the website?

 

Is Dropbox running on those devices, and, if so do they have enough quota?

Hi Mark

im just checking with the other file rights, however I am read and write but other people can't see my updates?

Dropbox is installed on Macs, running through the finder not web-based. all I know have enough data available..

Hey @aaronatdynamitefx, could you also check if you or any of the other users can see the files online?

How are you adding the newly created documents to the shared folder?
