Hi Guys,

 

appreicate any need help as this is affecting my work as whenever i boot up my laptop running on windows 10 Pro, my dropbox have this error that couldn't not start after i upgrade my account.

I tried the steps on https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/sync-uploads/stuck-syncing, it does not work for me.

I tried delinking the access and login back, it works only for that session. And it will prompt the same error whenever i reboot my computer.

I tried advanced reinstall, it works only for that session. And it will prompt the same error whenever i reboot my computer.

I tried to do the registry solutions as well, does not work

Hi @pinxun,

I haven't more ideas, but the issue comes from "mode=0o40555" above. The meaning is that write access to Dropbox folder is forbiden (for the Dropbox application, at least)! If you have some idea how this has got up, revert it.

yeah apparently dropbox support not able to help as well 😞

 

hope anyone that has face the same issues that has resolutions please let me know!!
