Permission error when reinstalling on Mac

Permission error when reinstalling on Mac

daracanela

I just change the hard drive on my MacBook Pro, I installed the app and it says it has permission issues, I've already uninstalled it and reinstalled 3 times; I've deleted the dropbox files before the last installation, log out of the account on web and still nothing. I don't know what else to do, can someone help me?

iOS Catalina 10.15.7

This is the error I get after I put my password

Thanks for the interest, I could solve the issue, with a solution I found on the web (deleting files with Terminal)

Have a nice day.

Could you click the blue link in the prompt and then copy and paste it in a reply here in order to understand what could be causing the error.

This will help me to assist further!
