Hello,
After Win10 Update I am getting "Couldn't start Dropbox." Error message.
I have tried several thing but I can not solve it.
1. Uninstalled Dropbox and deleted all appdata files.
2. When I try to delete my dropbox main folder ".../User/Dropbox" I am getting an permissinons error even if with administrator privileges.
3. I've started windows in safe mode and be able to delete Dropbox folder in Users folder.
4. Reinstalled Dropbox and it seems to be working.
5. After a reboot, same issue occures.
My user have full file permissions and disabled my bitdefender antivirus to test it.
I'm stuck here =/

I've tried advance reinstall. Also it doesn't work. Other programs which need access to my user folder, running permissions issues.
My solution is create a new user on windows and migrate everything to this new user.
To sum up, it is not dropbox's issue, windows just messed up this update (again).
Hey @Eges; thanks for posting on our Community!
Could you please perform a clean, advanced reinstall and let me know if you still get the same error when trying to launch our desktop app on your computer?
Thanks!
