Philips in sight M100 security camera

Explorer | Level 4
One linked my Philips in sight App to Dropbox but when video alerts are generated from the camera, they don’t appear in Dropbox. I’ve upgraded my Dropbox and insight account to full membership and it still won’t work. Security camera photos are sent to camera roll and in turn appear in Dropbox photos folder but nothing in the autonatically created insight folder for videos......please help

You'll need to reach out to Philips for assistance. As it's their product that you're having trouble with, only they will be able to help you. Dropbox cannot provide support for third-party applications, services and products. Any connection between their product and Dropbox would have been created by Philips.
