The iOS application 'PicSafe' has an option to upload directly to your Dropbox account, however when I attempt to connect my account I receive the following error message and cannot connect:

"This app is unable to link additional users because it has been frozen pending review."

You need to ask the PicSafe developers to contact Dropbox for support. Direct them to https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Developer-API/ct-p/101000041
