I'm running windows 10.
Until yesterday, I could open dropbox from the icon pinned to my taskbar.
One click.
But today I have to go to the system tray, click on dropbox, then the folder icon.
Know any way to fix this?
Thanks!

Hi @sibber - welcome to our Community and happy Monday!
Can you clarify what happens when you click on the mentioned icon within your taskbar?
Could you reboot your computer and if you're still having issues with this or in case you get an error send me a screenshot of it so I can have a visual too?
While at it, can you send me the desktop app's exact status as shown within your system tray as well?
Thanks!

Hi, Walter.
Thanks so much for the questions!
When I click on the dropbox icon in my taskbar, the blue circle goes round & round, then stops. And dropbox doesn't open.
Status is: up to date, 89.4.278
And no error messages upon restart.
Hope this helps!

annnndddd....
suddenly it's working again.
right after I restarted my computer.
Before the restart, I had re-pinned dropbox to the task bar & that didn't fix it.
But now it works.
Puzzled.
But I'm that way a lot with Windows 10.
As far as gui's go, it sucks.
Thanks for your help!
Thanks for keeping me in the loop here @sibber. Glad to hear it's sorted now!
