Problem: have to renew the installation again and again, if I change computer - why not 3 computers?

I have for years used dropbox on (max) 3 different computers, where  I always run Linux distros.

For the time being I am only able to run it on 1 PC; and when I want to use no. 2, I have to cancel on no. 1 - same procedure when I come to no. 3.

What has happened?

Check atwww.dropbox.com/account/security to see how many devices are connected and remove any that are not needed.

I have 3 devices connected - which has always been the situation. 1st on my main-PC, 2nd on my wife's PC and 3rd on a laptop needed for travelling and holidays.

Nothing has changed in my daily routines.

Hey @torkel1, could you clarify exactly what happens when you try to run the app on two or more devices at the same time?

Do you by any chance have more than one user profile on your devices? 

If you get any error messages, a screenshot of them would be super helpful.
