Rclone config for file transfer between Rsync.net repository and Dropbox personal account

Does anybody know how this is done? I tried the dropbox config help page at rclone.org, but it seems the 'rclone config' script has changed since the help was written. I have no idea how to do this.

I want to be able to transfer files between my personal dropbox account and my rsync.net repository without any intermediary. I have been told that rclone is the tool for the job.

Suggestions?
