Receiving emails using outlook after activation of drop box

When I activated Dropbox on a monthly basis this past week I had several problems with the activation. My main concern now is that my outlook is not working correctly. Attempt to send and receive emails it came up with an error message that it was not able to find my outlook.pst I look at the outlook folder and it was empty . I went to the drop box online and found outlook.PST file and copied it in put it in the outlook folder . When I send and receive emails now I have no problems sending emails but I do have problems receiving emails no emails are received. It comes up with an error message saying that the emails that I have going to a specific folder are not able to be moved inbox folder so it appears that it's sinking somewhere but not on my outlook .

I know I'm dreaming but is there anyway we can go back to square one and return my computer to back where it was. Because I know a nuff about a computer to be very dangerous. Because I've spent the last two or three days working with the drop box information and pulling it back down to my computer to get my outlook to work

Hi @JKKing, thanks for posting on the Community!

Do you know if you're using the computer backup feature on your device?

Did you have the outlook file manually moved into the Dropbox folder instead?
