Hello there:
I had to reset my laptop and reinstall Dropbox with my account, but I cannot see my files ¿only a few ones. Can someone help me+
Hi @rafmopul, I'd be happy to help out!
Can you let me know what the sync status of the desktop app is showing at the moment?
You can see this by clicking the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar.
If the app is showing "up to date", do you see the files if you check your account online?
Keep me posted with your findings!

Dear Daphne,
Thank you very much for your help. I found out what the problem was.
After having used Dropbox offline all the time, I registered with my gmail account (through Google) inmy reset laptop.
It seems I had a small Dropbox account with my gmail usename and and had some pictures in it. I changed my username to my yahoo account and everything worked perfect. Now I have access to all my folders and files.
Thank you again.
Thanks for getting back to me here @rafmopul1!
I'm glad to hear that you got to the bottom of that. 😁
If you need anything else, please feel free to give me a nudge here.
Hope you have a great rest of your day!
