Sorry to hear about this @joekor!
Have you tried another browser or an incognito window (on Chrome) yet ( private browsing mode on Mozilla Firefox and Safari)? If this persists on multiple browsers and on an incognito window, please send a screenshot of the exact error message you get so we can have a visual as well.
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there if needed. Thanks in advance for your response Joe.

Hi, been poking around on Google to find a solution to this issue as well, and came across this link: and it was the first one obn the list at that.
SBC (Swindon Borough Council) also has an issue with Chrome, and it's that browser that is the culprit, and according to links going way back to 2012: it's a fault that goes to the heart of the Ad-Blocker itself.
The other Browsers all work flawlessly, including my most hated one called Edge.
Not exactly a solution, but one step closer to working out what's going wrong here.
BTW: Dropbox working perfect, as it always does, but only if you use one of the other browsers with the iffy advertising sites.
- And I think that that what's happening here, cooperate greed in gathering user info to sell on, but I could be wrong.
Be box, be better: be a dropboxer better person.
Still not working, I uninstall the malware software, reinstall the adobat software still not working. The last one i will do wll be reinstall chrome brower.....let see thisone will work
