SSL Inspection needed for DLP and Malware protection of data in transit

How can I get DLP and Malware protection of data in transit?

It is our policy to not just ringfence the enduser client but to use defence in depth to protect against malware and data loss. In order to do this we need SSL decryption so our sandbox solution can check files. Also our DLP policy requires us to inspect all egress traffic for confidential information so it can be stopped before it leaves the premisses. How can we do this if we can't decrypt the data stream at the perimeter?

We need an unpinned client.
