Salesforce Documents shared folder message

Why would a user be able to attach Dropbox docs with records in 1 object in Salesforce, but receives a "You need to be invited to the 'Salesforce Documents' shared folder" message, when trying to do the same thing with a record in a different SF object?

Hey @donalmorr, I hope you're well today!

Can you clarify for me if the objects are both shared Salesforce objects? Can you send me a screenshot of the error that you mentioned?

Keep me posted!
