I am really, really not a fan of the app, but I've been putting up with it. Recently, though, it's really not working. I click on the Dropbox icon on my laptop and search for whatever file or document I need, and I receive a notification of 20 results...and nothing else. No links, no nothing in the window. Attached is a screenshot.
Can anyone help me figure out what is going wrong? Thank you!
Thanks for the reply, Daphne--The version is updated 91.4.548. In the end, I shut down the computer and started it up again. That solved the problem. I just hope it isn't a regular thing. I use U-Block if that's relevant, and my employer has firewall programs.
