I get the message

Server IP address could not be found DNS_PROBE-FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics (where is this)

Hi Susan, it sounds like you’re having issues accessing the Dropbox site.
 
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
