Set up Dropbox window blank

I cant complete DB installation because the setup window is blank. 

 

- I tried to disconnect the firewall

- I tried to use the network from my mobile

- I searched the internet for possible solutions without success.

 

MacbookPro, OSX 10.15.7, Dropbox 133.4.4089

Hi @plazadelmar1, thanks for posting today!

It sounds like something is blocking the Dropbox desktop application from viewing the necessary info when setting up the app. 

Are you running this device from a remote desktop, or via a server view?

Do you have a proxy, VPN, security software, or even ISP/router settings which could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

Keep me updated with any progress!

Hey Jay,

 

Thank you for your answer. I don't have any security software running, my firewall is down, and I'm using dropbox on my laptop. Everything else is working fine.
