Setting Dropbox Location

I'm sure this is a stupid question. I think I know th answer but want to be sure.

I am getting a new desktop computer and will install Dropbox. I want to set the location of the Dropbox folder.
If I select a location of e:\Folder1 will it create a folder called Dropbox under Folder1 and sync all  my files to that or will it use Folder1 as my Dropbox folder and sync to that?

It will always create a Dropbox folder in whatever location you specify. In your example, your Dropbox folder would be located in E:\Folder1\Dropbox.
