I used to shared my Dropbox video in zoom meeting easily by one click, somehow I don't know why zoom kept asking me to login to Dropbox account and my sharing video still did not showing in my share screen. Anyone know what's the reason?

I'm not sure what could be going on here; could you let me know the exact steps you take to do this and clarify the OS of the device you've noticed this on? 

 

While at it, can you confirm that you used these steps to connect Zoom to your Dropbox account?
