Sig in problems.

Sig in problems.

I've signed in to dropbox on my android phone, but then I get the message " you need an internet connection to upgrade your account " and i cant go anyfurther in to app.

 

I only have 2 apps connected and I'm nowhere near my usage limit.

 

Can anybody help please.

Hi @Dacrondive,

Are you sure? Take a look here: https:confused face:/www.dropbox.com/devices 🧐 What's there (how much devices - connections actually - one device could be connected multiple times and every connection is still count as a device)?

Hope this gives direction.

Hi Thanks for the reply.

 

There where indeed multiple connected devices, So i have deleted all except 2, PC  and android device and all seems to be working now.
