Hi @jhedk

The content of that window is populated with content from an onine source. We see this issue when you have something blocking that connection.

We need to ensure you have out domains unblocked, that you are running in 32 bit colour, that you're not on Windows Server or a virtual machine.

To start with can you ensure that you have whitelisted all our domains:

Hope this helps you.

Thanks for your help.

I found that the problem was the graphic driver, install a new version and now it is running.

White login screen - impossible use Dropbox

Im trying to install a Dropbox in a New Notebook with a new instalation of Win7, 64bit, all updates. When finish, the 'login' screen are totaly BLANK. I try many things: Install in Secure Mode of windows, Install Like Admin, install like user, unistall anti virus (Avast), disable firewall, install many other versions (all up v.20), and all result in blank Screen. Versions like 15, 16 install and show login screen correctly, but not login, show me a message "you using a old version of dropbox" and no continue.

Its a new instalation of windows7, with SP1. Some suggestion?

All my work files are in dropbox... 😞

- sorry my english not good.

No solution. It' s a unsolved bug of Dropbox software. I see that problem in others computers last week. The only 'solution' was login into dropbox website and install software logged in. After this program install and login automatically. Thats only way to login.

Hey @regis-sp

Hmmmm... sorry to hear about the frustration caused.

Seems like you’re experiencing a connectivity issue. Maybe an antivirus, firewall, security program, proxy or VPN is blocking the Dropbox desktop from establishing a secure connection. Can you make sure that these steps are followed for the configuration of your firewall if you’re on a working environment and that the domains listed here are allowed or whitelisted?

Also, if you are connecting through a proxy, please try selecting No proxy

Hope that these steps above are helpful. Please keep me updated here on whether this worked for you!

Kind regards,
JaneA

White sign in box

Fresh install of Windows 7 64 bit.

Download Dropbox from website.

Install dropbox.

I have signed up in browser, so it's cool, plus it's running on another computer just fine.

When I go to sign in, this: untitled.PNG

Please can someone help? This is a brand new verified Windows 7 64 bit OS install, (with classic shell messing up the start icon in a silly way).
