I'm installing a new Dropbox account across my devices and there have been no issues on my Macbook or iPhone. But my iMac only got as far as downloading the app and on the sign in part of 'set up Dropbox' after I enter my details it says 'there was a problem completing this request'
This is a brand new download of the app. I've already deleted it and tried again. And I've had the app on this computer before.
I'm on a 2tb plan. Only my laptop and phone are connected to this new account. It's only been a week since a previous Dropbox account was taken off my iMac, and nothing has been done to the computer since that time.
Tried the offline installer before I cam to the forums too; same result, unfortunately.
I find it really baffling, and can't think of what could cause this, nothing seems obvious. But if I can't get it sorted, then I'll have to cancel my plan 😕 I wish it came with an error number, or more info
