Single Sign on not prompting log in

I am setting up a new computer and having trouble logging into my organization's Dropbox account. I downloaded the app onto my desktop, and my organization has single sign on enabled. However, when I click "get your link code" nothing happens. No browser window opens... nothing. I'm not sure how to log into my account if I'm waiting for a code that doesn't appear. I'll troubleshoot with my organization as well, but I thought I'd post here in case anyone else has had the same issue.

Hi @mmonro11, welcome to the Dropbox Community!

Given the web browser does not open when you click the 'Get your link code' option, it sounds like your new device hasn't enabled a default browser yet. 

You should be able to set a default browser via your device's program settings, and then the link should work. 

Let me know if this helps, or if you were able to set up the SSO feature somehow differently.
