Smart Sync taking up memory as "Other"

It appears as if Smart Sync still takes up significant amount of space via the category as "Others."

Is there an error on my end or I just have too many files even as "Online" only?

 

I had to change signficant amount of files to Selective sync to allow for space as a work around
