My Dropbox Plus account on Macbook Pro doesn't smart sync online only. It only has the little cloud symbol if the folder is empty and I cannot get the files to individually smart sync to online nor the folders. I can right-click on a folder or file and go to smart sync and then the local or online option appears, but when I click on online nothing happens. The advice is to go to preferences - well I don't have a preference option I have a settings option but when I go to that there is no sync option to choose. Not Happy
