Have you tried saving the file as a different format?

Looks to me like the format of the file is not supported on the iPhone

Yes! I exported as a MP4 and an MOV file in Premiere Pro, and neither of them worked when I try to download from Dropbox onto my phone.

I’ve tried multiple dimensions as well:

-1920 by 1080
-1080 by 1350
-1350 by 1350

And none of the worked as well.

Hey there @ricky808

If this type of video cannot be saved to your mobile device, it may be an issue with the codec and/or bitrate of the video.

Try using a different codec, lower bitrate, or exporting a clip of the video - one of these might do the trick.

Let us know how it goes!
