I like having a tidy start menu, and I have a perfectly fine link to Dropbox on the start menu itself, but I constantly find that the program has created a folder (%programdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Dropbox) containing the exact same link, and a readme file as well. I keep deleting the folder, and it keeps coming back.
Please, how do I stop Dropbox from cluttering up my start menu!

Thanks. 😞
I'll see if I can come up with some unwholesome WinReg hack.
Do you already have a solution for this stupid behaviour?
Unfortunately not.
Every few days I have to delete this Dropbox-folder from the Windows10 Start-menu.
I hope the will fix this anytime. Maybe 2034... 😞
