Sync Issues with files in the Vault

I recently started to use the vault. Moved three files (1 pdf and 2 .xlsm ) to the vault. When I need to work on them I use the  App on the pc, unlock the vault and open the required file. The sync stalls .. says "checking 2 (or three) files. The sync does not end. The remaining files disappear from the vault on the PC.  The files are not shared, the vault is unlocked... If I close the xlsm file the sync says syncing 3 files and that the xlsm file is "waiting to be synced" .  No other dropbox files are open. 

The only way I can get out of this cycle is to quit dropbox and then restart it. Which is a real ...

 

Is this a known issue or am I not using the vault correctly.

Hi @junar, thanks for posting on the Community!

What version of the Dropbox desktop application are you running?

You can check this by hovering your mouse over the Dropbox icon in the system tray or menu bar. 

This will help me to assist further!

As far as I can tell Jay it's 121.4.4267 . hope that makes sense
