Syncing Issues

Hiya - Our teams 'dropbox basic' is not syncing (big problem!). And it seems we have enough storage in the whole of the account but is it possible it's not syncing because the storage on my personal device is full? 

 

Any assistance in troubleshooting our sync issues would be helpful.

Hey @CamC, welcome to our Community! 

As a first step, have you made sure that both your device and the account have sufficient space? 

What do you see when you access your plan page?

Hey @Lori  - There's plenty of space on my device but I seem to be at 2.2 of 2GB despite the fact that my plans admin created more room.  But I just upgraded my storage, hopefully that'll solve it.
