When i try to open the app but that not opened automatically shutdown

Hi there @Rajgopalnayak k, thanks for checking in with us on the Dropbox Community. 

 

If the desktop app isn't running automatically, could you check if you've got its settings to run upon the system's startup? You can do this from the desktop app's General tab
