Drop box is doing a continual restart and not syncing files.
Using build 86.3.141. Even if I load a stable build it always updates to this.
This is only happening on my Windows 10 machines.
My MAC machines are fine.
This is running on a business account and a personal paid account
I am having the same error and it dropbox continues to just reboot.
I am only having the problem, on my windows devices, not on my Macs.
Do we have a plan to resolve, as this is cauisng a work stoppage, with Drop box re starting
Even if you load a STABLE - Build, it still updates to the lastest veersion and startes the restart pocess.
We need a fix.
This is killing my operations and all of my operators are linked to my business account
Do we ahve a fix coming ASAP?
Drop Box is stuck in restart / sync loop and will not update.
I waas on a beta build 86.3.141, removed and changed to a stable build with no change

I am not ahving the issue on my MAC devics
Need resoulation soon, as all of my cloud software for customers connects to dropo box for file syncing, so I can not produce any customer content
Please advise and update.

Just to ensure that your desktop app won't revert back to the beta version, if you haven't already please just toggle off the "Early releases" option at the bottom of this page.
For the sync status, does this show any error messages or just "Syncing..."? If there's any errors, please send me a screenshot of this here.
Also, if you check the syncing icons through your File Explorer, can you please check a few folders and files within the see if they're showing the syncing icon ?

If early releases come back when you are trying to go stable then you need to turn off the access to early releases from your settings page here. This should allow the Stable version to go through and stay there.

I sent a reply earlier asking what specific log file you needed to see but have not gotten a response and Drop box is still performining in the same manner.
Is there a fix coming today or tomorrow or should we all start moving to a different cloud service?
