The option to export photos isn't there anymore

The option to export photos isn't there anymore

I've lost my export button on my Dropbox app. I currently use a Samsung s20 and have the most recent app. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Reset phone. Tried to contact Dropbox.

The entire button is just gone. So I have no way to save my photos now rendering the app not very useful anymore for a Profesional photographer trying to transfer photos from pc to mobile for social media.

Hi there @Kfoot, thanks for reaching out to us.

Could you send me a screenshot of the options you get when you tap on the ellipsis button?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

You can attach it as an image in your next reply, or send it to us as a shared link - up to you!

Here's a screen grab link. If this helps. No option to export or save to device

Hi @Kfoot, since it appears you're already communicating with the support team via a ticket, according to the screencast, they'll be able to look into it in further detail.

Noooooooo. Help me lol they haven't replied in 12 hours and probably won't reply till tomorrow. Do you know any solution for this? I googled it and there's lots of people experiencing this problem since 2017. There must be a repair or fix.

As the export option is missing entirely, the support team would need to look into why this is the case, as we have not seen this issue currently.
