Timing out in Settings

Timing out in Settings

Hello,

 

My browser is timing out in the settings pages. If I select anything else other than the General menu (Plan, Billing, Security, etc), the browser tab freezes and times out. This happens whether I'm in incognito mode (chrome), using Edge, or using a different browser (incoginito code) on a different computer (different IP).

 

Is this a current known issue?

Hi @jaxxnux, thanks for joining the Community!

 

I'm sorry to hear about this matter. Currently, we're not experiencing any issues like this. Is it possible that you have something that could be blocking scripts in the browser? Are you accessing it using a desktop machine or mobile browser?

 

Could you try using a browser without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely?
