Transferring files from a journal no longer supported to new journal using dropbox

Am trying to tx my old journal to a new journal. When I do it it only shows the URL not not the actual entry I typed and Doesn’t open when I click on it. Maybe I just don’t know how to use dropbox or maybe I cant do this.

Hi @Merieve11, thanks for your message!

Are you referring to a specific app or service that is syncing to Dropbox, or has files in the Dropbox folder? Are you referring to Dropbox Paper?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Without any more information, it's difficult to assist further. What type of file is it? Which journal app are you using?

Is it located on your Dropbox account and you're trying to download it from the site?
