Tried to uninstall to avoid high CPU. Unable to uninstall.

I have tried to uninstall dropbox as it is using ALL CPU and ALL Memmory (12GB) with and unknown number of dropbox.exe running in Processes.

I have followed this discussion - https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Installs-integrations/Dropbox-failed-to-uninstall-desktop-version/m-... - but it still fails to uninstall.  How do I get this removed and reinstalled to work properly?
