Trouble accessing in File Explorer

I'm trying to attach files from my personal Dropbox account as Outlook email attachments, rather than sending/shareing the individual files directly through Dropbox.  I recently setup a 2nd Dropbox account, the Personal Basic account.  Even though I've downloaded and installed the desktop app, it's not showing up in File Explorer. 

 

I suspect that there might be a conflict with my other active Dropbox account, which is Business level setup through my employer.  This account does appear in File Explorer.

 

If anyone in the Dropbox Community has tips or advice for accessing Dropbox through File Explorer, it would be appreciated.

Hey @DH abt, let's see what we can do here. 

 

Have you linked the two accounts on the website first? 

 

If you have, you should get the option to connect them on the desktop app too.

Have you linked the two accounts on the website first? 

 

If you have, you should get the option to connect them on the desktop app too.

Hi Lusil,

 

My 2 Dropbox accounts are now connected (they weren't when I generated my post).  I'm now able to attach my personal Dropbox files Outlook emails.  Thank you for responding!
