Hey @P4444x!

Just to double check with you here, are you using "Sign in with Google" when you sign into your Dropbox account?

This allows you to sign in using your Google account and credentials, without needing to use a password for your Dropbox account directly.

However, to enable this option in your Dropbox account, you'll need to set an actual password for your Dropbox account too.

If this is the case, you can set a Dropbox password for your account using the password reset option here.

Let me know - thanks!

Hey @P4444x, thanks for reaching out to us.

Have you made sure that the Google password you use is the same one that's associated with your Dropbox account?

If you have, could you send me a screenshot (without personal info) of the error message?

Keep me posted!

Hi

I changed my google password yesterday. However I used the browser to log in to dropbox using the new password before then trying to set up 2fa.

Could you try sending it to me as a shared link, instead?
