Is it possible to have some sort of URL that would be handled by Dropbox app.
for instance, I have onenote page where my files are references as https:// dropbox URL. when I click such link - the file opens in webbrowser.
would it be possible to have some prefix (dropbox://https://<dropbox_uri>) that would be handled by the app, and open the file locally (for instance, docx-file - by MS Word) ?
Use-case.
I have a couple of laptops/PCs. And organize my work via OneNone.
I'd like to have the files from Dropbox linked in OneNote, but when click - to open the file by a locally installed desktop app instead of webbrowser.
On any of my machines the same link, should be handled by locally installed app. No matter Windows or Mac machine, the same "dropbox://" should work via desktop app
