Unable to access my second account via the app on my laptop

I have 2 dropbox accounts I think that I meregd them by mistake. I can access one of the accounts on my laptop via the app but unable to access the other one via the app. The account canj be logged into via the web but need to be able to access this again via the app. When iI open the app settings, it is only showing 1 account without an option to open the other one. Can anyone help?

Is one of the accounts a Dropbox for Business account, and did you connect it to your personal account? That's the only way to have the app sync two different account.

If you just have personal accounts (Basic, Plus Professional), then you can only have one account sync within the app, and you would use the website to access other accounts.
