Unable to access selective sync

I have been recently updating and rearranging our filing system in DropBox. have not had any issues in the past, but today for some reason I am unable to open selective sync. I can go to preferences and do everything else, but Selective Sync is totally unresponsive. Any ideas on what is going on?

Hey there @CEFA! Thanks for reporting this in Dropbox Community! Welcome. 

No similar reports for Selective Sync up to this point. Please let me know if the list allows you to check and un-check the boxes and is not responding to your selection or if it doesn't allow you to check them at all. 

Have you rebooted your device? It helps with any updates that have noit gone through. 

What is the version of the Dropbox app running on this device? 

What is the version of your Operating system?

Several of us at our office are having the same issue. Clicking on the Selective Sync has no response, like it is a dead link now. It looks like DB recently updated, and we are on version 82.4.155

Sorry to hear that several users have the same issue @LowCountry. I strongly suggest that you all take the Advanced reinstall steps offered here.

This should solve it. Please get back to me here with the results. If the issue persists, I will help you until we get it resolved.

Selective Sync button - Can't click

We have a business user who cannot click the Selective Sync button under her preferences to bring up the list of folders.  She can see the button - it's not grayed out.  She can hover over it and it changes to blue.  She just cannot click on it and launch the folder list to choose selective sync folders.  Any ideas?
