Unable to access the Dropbox application after upgrading my OS.

I have been using Dropbox for about 4 years with no problems, but just upgraded my phone to a Samsung S9. Whenever I try to access my files Dropbox or the app I am using crashes. If I am in a messaging app and want to send a photo, I can browse to the photo, but then when I try to send the photo the app crashes. If I go into Dropbox and try to export a photo or even save it to the device, Dropbox crashes. I know Dropbox is changing and isn't accessible in the same way it was, but this seems to be different. I am not sure if there is a settings issue somewhere.

Hello @dramcw

Try to Clean Cache & Data of android app.

If this doesn't work try using 3rd party apps such as this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nextapp.fx

Make sure to enable Plus version trial.

This app is in my opinion much better than official dropbox app.

If you enjoy it consider buing full version.

Ps. I am not maker of this app
