Unable to check Online-only content - smartsync

I've tried everything. Even uninstalling and re-installing Dropbox.
Re-sync, closing apps, you name it. It just doesn't show the "Online-only content" and I am out of space. Dropbox sucks.

Just so that I can understand the issue more clearly and assist you better here, I’d like to ask you to clarify the situation a bit more for me.
 
For example, are you not able to see the option for “Smart sync - Online only”when you right click/Command+click the files in your Dropbox folder? Or are you able to see the option but unable to select them?
 
Can you also let me know the current sync status of your desktop app and the version that you have installed?
 
Any screenshots that you believe may help us to understand what you’re describing is always appreciated too, please just ensure to exclude any personal info in the image.
